Our signature omotenashi service was derived from traditional Japanese tea ceremonies and continues to inspire us to go above and beyond in our care and recommendations for each guest. Our servers are always ready to welcome non-alcoholic options, which are available upon request.

Corkage service is available in the Private Dining Rooms and we charge $75.00 for a standard 750ml wine or 720ml sake. Please be advised a maximum of 2 standard bottles per reservation is allowed and the corkage service is not available for the Chef's Counter reservations.
