Reservations for our Late Spring menus are now available.
June & July reservations will be released on May 15th at 4 PM EST via TOCK

Dining Time

Please allow 2-2.5 hours for your ABURI HANA experience. 

Large Groups

You are invited to book for parties of 2-6 guests via our online portal for reservations in our Kakurega private dining rooms and 2-4 guests at the Chef’s Counter. For parties more than 5 guests at the chef's counter, please contact the restaurant directly.

Kakurega Private Dining Rooms

Our Kakurega private dining rooms accommodate 2-6 guests and are an intimate setting to enjoy your culinary experience. Kakurega translates to “hidden gem” in Japanese.

Chef’s Counter

At our Chef’s Counter, you will witness the Chefs’ artistry come to life. Each guest will have a chance to interact with the chefs while experiencing full service from our service team. The Chef’s Counter seats are all situated side-by-side for the best view of the kitchen.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our chefs have created a highly specialized menu, and each dish is a delicate balance of components. We may be limited in our options for substitutions. However, we do strive to accommodate most allergies. We are not able to accommodate vegan or vegetarian menu requests or severe nut allergies and restrictions on alcohol use in cooking.

Please note your allergy information at the time of your reservation, and you will be contacted by our team to confirm. We may not be able to honour reservations for guests with severe seafood, alcohol, nut, soy or gluten allergies.

Cancellation

48 hours prior

Guests will not be charged the initial deposit. The existing reservation can be rescheduled or *transferred to an alternative party.

24-48 hours prior

Guests will be charged the initial deposit, per person. The existing reservation can no longer be rescheduled but may still be *transferred to an alternative party.

Within 24 hours prior

A fee totalling the full cost of the menu will be charged, per person. Guests are welcome to *transfer their original reservation to another group.

*Please note that when transferring a reservation, allergies and/or special modifications can no longer be accommodated due to the extensive preparation and international import of specialty, seasonal ingredients.

Reservation Times

As availability varies weekly, please visit Tock to view reservations for your desired date. Our cut-off for reservations is the day before your intended date.

Please arrive promptly as dinner will start at your reservation time.

All dining areas are sanitized regularly before and after each guest visit.
